Standard Rate:
5 night minimum stay
$325/night
$2,250/week based on up to 4 persons
Maximum of 6 persons please. Each extra person charge(5th and 6th person) is $140 per week. or $25.00 nightly
Additional information:
Refundable damage deposit $300, not required for repeat guests $500 deposit due at time of booking Balance payable 42 days ( 6 weeks) prior to arrival $300 security/damage deposit is required with final payment, waived for returning guests. Cancellation policy – fully refundable if house is rented for the same time period.This website is the only place that we advertise our home. If for any reason you find it somewhere else, it is a scam. Contact us directly either by phone or email. There are no extra booking fees when you book Simplicity.
Other Booking Information:
For visits longer than a week, we suggest a mid stay cleaning fee of $100 payable directly to our caretaker booked at a mutually agreeable time.
Our house is not suitable for smaller children.
Payment is in US Dollars and acceptable form of payment is personal cheques or money orders. Credit card payment is optional however there is an additional fee of 5 % for card payments.
